Angelica Piña, Graphic Design Intern (Monstralia Development Team)
Angelica Piña is a graphic designer and native Austinite. Her passion for design and enthusiasm to always know more has inspired her to return to college and work on a second degree. She is a big believer in giving back to the community and working at Health Start has given her the opportunity to do two things that she loves.
Jacey Tosh, Education Outreach Consultant. Monstralia Development Team
Jacey holds a BS in Biology from the University of Texas, as well as a certificate in Public Health. She is currently working on finishing her last semester of degree requirements for a BA in Sociology, also from the University of Texas. In addition to her academic achievements, Jacey has been an assistant teacher at the University of Texas Child Development Center for 4 years. She is well versed in early childhood education as well as the biological and social components of health and wellness, making her an important member of the HealthStart team.
Angie Murphy, Monstralia Development Team
Angie is a game programmer and animator assisting on the creation of Healthstart's mobile game Monstralia. In addition to volunteering for Healthstart, Angie is a senior at the University of Texas earning a degree in Computer Science with a focus in Digital Arts and Media. Her passion for health and nutrition, has given her a drive and desire to be able to apply her technical skills on a project that can help educate the community.
