5 minutes (refrigerate overnight)

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup milk, of your choice
  • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed, optional
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Walnuts

Directions

  1. In a mason jar or sealable container, add the oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, chia seeds, cinnamon, honey, and blueberries, and stir together.
  2. Seal and place in the refrigerator overnight. Store for up to five days.
  3. Top with strawberries, walnuts, and additional blueberries, if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
