About HealthStart

HealthStart provides kids with the science behind good health so they can make good decisions about what they eat, and how they keep fit, take care of each other, and their environment. Since 2010, HealthStart has worked with scientists, physicians, kinesiologists, dietitians, and educators to vet our content for accuracy and age appropriateness. We hope your kids finds our videos as fun to watch as they were for us to make.
