Ingredients

  • 16 oz.  vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit (at least 2 different colored fruits)
  • 1 cup toasted oats cereal

Directions

  1. Layer 1/2 cup each of yogurt, fruit, and 1⁄4 cup cereal in parfait cups.
  2. Enjoy!
